President of Kosovo Basketball Federation, Erolld Belegu said that work with young group-ages in the school sports, the work with clubs, training of the coaches and people who work with these generations, must be a priority of all the sports federations in our country.
Belegu stated that at the meeting held today (Monday) at the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education in Prishtina, which was attended by leaders of Kosovo Olympic Committee and major sports federations in Kosovo, as well as lecturers and experts from the faculty.
At the meeting, Dean of the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, Sadik Krasniqi, who was also the host of this meeting, presented over 20 cases which according to him constitute topics in need for review and treatment as soon as possible, in the time when sport in Kosovo is internationalized.
It must be emphasized that in the meeting it was agreed that representatives of federations and sports institutions must create Working Groups, which will treat specific concerns of sport in Kosovo in order to improve the current situation and to represent Kosovo in the best possible way in the international arena.
