As for the proposal of the Commissioner of Competition, the Board of the Basketball Federation of Kosovo has taken this decision:
1. Mini winter transfer deadline to be from 27 to 31 January at 16:00.
2. The extension of the matches ETC Super League and The First League of Men, to start on 15/16 February 2014
3. IPKO Cup Kosovo matches to develop:
a) the first round on 8/9 February 2014
b) the second round on 26/27 February 2014
c) semifinals and the final of the IPKO Cup 28 to March 30, 2014
