Third round games of the ETC Super League will be taking place during the weekend where the main game will be between Peja and Trepca. After their loss to Sigal Prishtina in the previous round and their victory in the match against Kumanovo for BIBL League, Peja is expected to have their third in a row strong match and the hall is expected to be full again. Trepca will go to Peja as a leader of the table with two wins in a row and will seek to continue the series of successful results.
The match between Peja and Trepca will be held on Saturday at 19:00hrs.
Also this Saturday, the match between Vellaznimi and Golden Eagle Ylli will be held. The team from Gjakova lost in their previous matches against Sigal Prishtina and Trepca and is seeking the first victory of the season before their own viewers.
Golden Eagle Ylli held the first two matches as locals and in the second round has defeated BC Kastrioti. The two teams have been main rivals last season in the First League. In theETC Super League they are competing with a significantly strengthened composition, but the rivalry between the clubs may be the factor that will make this game interesting.
Two other games of the third round will be held on Sunday. Kosova e Re Bashkimi, one of the three teams that won the first two games will seek its third victory in a row, in Ferizaj. The Host team Kastrioti, has started the season with problems and is expected to recover in their match against Kosova e Re Bashkimi.
Besa is the host of Kosovo’s current champion, Sigal Prishtina. Guest team has defeated Peja in the previous round and has started with a win in the BIBL League against Vellazeria. BC Besa will attempt to avoid some of the problems that made them lose in the first two rounds.
