End of regular basketball edition; on the verge of play-off fever

The regular edition of Kosovo Basketball Super-league ended following 28 regular basketball matches.
Sigal Prishtina from Prishtina secured the first position, which is followed by Bashkimi from Prizren, Peja from Peja and Trepça from Mitrovica.
The regular basketball edition, in which eight basketball teams competed, is characterized with a fierce war between the four aforementioned basketball teams, which had the opportunity to defeat the rival and prove their participation.
It is worth noting which basketball team will end up in the second position was determined only on Wednesday. In a direct confrontation between Bashkimi and Peja, Bashkimi defeated the latter and thus, on the verge of play-off competitions, it secured the second position.
Basketball courts have been packed with spectators, who had the opportunity to witness qualitative and attractive basketball matches.
Additionally, the play-off competition of Kosovo Basketball Elite shall commence this weekend, where Sigal Prishtina will be playing against Trepça, whereas Bashkim will be competing against Peja.
The four above-mentioned basketball teams have competed as semi-finalists in the Cup of Kosovo competition, too, whilst Sigal Prishtina and Peja managed to meet in the final match, in which match, the Kosovo Capital City basketball team won the trophy of the Cup of Kosovo competition.
Starting from the sworn rivalry of the four basketball teams, it is expected that on the basketball courts, the play-off competition would demonstrate strong matches and highly highlighted rivalry.
