Heads of Balkan League met with President of KBF, Mr. Erolld Belegu and Secretary General, Mr. Leart Hoxha, on Wednesday (21.01.2015) at the premises of KBF.
During the meeting with Sports Director of Eurohold Balkan League, Mr. Shay Shtriks and Marketing, Advertising and Communications Manager, Ms. Lubomira Shtriks, it was discussed about the participation of Kosovo teams in the Balkan League and the possibility of strengthening the cooperation.
Heads of BIBL mentioned that KBF, namely basketball clubs from Kosovo are a very important part of this league and they will work for things to remain so in the future. It is expected that two teams from Kosovo are going to compete in this league again next season.
In the meeting, it was also discussed on the possibility of the support that BIBL and its leaders will give to Kosovo referees and both parties agreed for KBF to have access to BIBL’s resources for referees and officiating analysis and also other support forms with the intention of improving the officiating quality in Kosovo.
