Board of Kosovo Basketball Federation has nominated BC Penza for participation in Women Basketball Friendship Adriatic League (WBFAL) for 2015/16 basketball season.
Meanwhile, KBF requested additional time for the nomination of BC Trepca from Mitrovica.
It should be noted that this is the second time post war, for a women’s team to participate in a Regional League. In the 2003/04 season, BC Universiteti from Prishtina has competed in the Regional League Trocal concluding the regular edition in third place, whereas in the playoffs got eliminated in the semifinals by the Croatian team, Sibenik.
