Kosovo Basketball Federation will organize a camp for U12 and U14 group-ages. The camp will take place from April 4th until April 10th.
From Monday until Friday, the camp will take place in different cities of Kosovo at the same time, whereas on Saturday and Sunday the camp will take place in Prishtina.
The camp will involve a big number of kids and will be supported by the FIBA “Youth Development Camp” program.
The camp will take place in Prishtina, Peja, Prizren, Mitrovica, Ferizaj, Vushtrri, Gjilan, Gjakova, Istog and Shterpca for 5 days in a row, and KBF calls all the children aged 12 to 14 years old to register in this camp, that aims the expansion of basketball among boys and girls of this age group. The instructions for registering will be published on Sunday.
During these 5 days, the kids will practice twice a day with the coaches of these group-ages, while on Friday the selected kids from the above mentioned cities will continue the camp in Prishtina.
On Saturday and Sunday, the practices will take place at the gym of the ISP College in Marigona Residence, Prishtina, and will be led by the coordinator for youth categories in KBF, the American coach Chris Dial. Dial and KBF will use this opportunity to start building the U14 NT in both competitions.
KBF expects this camp to include about 300-400 children and 16 coaches of both genders.
