On 13 and 14 February in Prishtina will be staying FIBA official Radmila Turner, who holds the position of Head of National Federations and Leader for Sports, Youth and Antidoping at FIBA Europe.
The purpose of her visit is the start of preparations for the European Championship U18, Division C, to be held in Pristina from 22 to 29 July.
Turner will then hold meetings with the leader of the Local Organizing Committee of the Championship, General Secretary of KBF, Elvira Dushku, and then will conduct the inspection of sports gyms in Pristina ("October 1st" and the Youth Palace and Sports in Prishtina), hotels, where FIBA officials and participating teams are expected to be accommodated.
Participants of the European Championship U18, Division C are:
Group A: Moldova, Armenia, Ireland, Malta, Monaco.
Group B: Cyprus, San Marino, Kosovo Gibraltar.
It should be noted that Kamil Novak, FIBA Europe's General Secretary, is expected to come during the championship in Pristina.
