Selection Camp is being held at the Youth Center, in Prishtina.
In the first day of the camp, around 200 kids of group ages 2000/2001 will hold two exercises led by the American coach, Mr. Chris Dial and assisted by local coaches Dritero Sefaja, Fidan Shatri, Edin Godeni and Petrit Zeqiri.
After the first exercise, the exercises will continue only with the selected kids and the number of kids will gradually narrow, until the creation of a group which will work as part of Kosovo National Team for Youth Categories. “One of KBF’s top priorities is the serious work with Youth Categories and today is a very important day for the basketball of Kosovo since it marks the beginning of the structured work with Kosovo’s National Team and will continue with further commitment in the future” stated President of KBF, Mr. Erolld Belegu at the opening ceremony of the camp.
From now on, selection camps will be a tradition of KBF.
The camp is supported by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport and powered by TEB and Sharrcem Kids and also camp sponsors: Vitaminka, Ulker and Rugova Water.
