Bashkimi and Peja marked their victories in the first round of the Kosovo Superleague.
Today, at the “Sezai Surroi” hall, in Prizren, Bashkimi won 89:82 (19:25, 20:14, 34:17, 16:26) in the game against Sigal Prishtina.
The top scorers from Bashkimi were Kejuan Johnson with 19 points and 6 rebounds, Robert Lewis with 17 points and 4 assists and Gazmend Sinani with 16 points and 6 rebounds. Prishtina’s top scorers were Granit Rugova with 26 points and Boris Trajkovski with 14 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists.
Peja had a really easy job in Theranda in the game against Golden Eagle Ylli where they won 91:65 (21:18, 15:26, 12:26, 17:21). Peja’s top scorers were Lamarcus A Reed with 16 points and 5 rebounds and Leonard Mekaj with 10 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists. Golden Eagle Ylli’s most efficient players were Urim Zenelaj with 11 points and 13 rebounds and Eldin Camdzic with 10 points and 3 assists.
