On Sunday, Kosovo National Team U18 (women) has defeated Gibraltar 79:31, in the third day of the European Championship U18, Division C, which is taking place in Tbilisi, Georgia.
The basketball players from Kosovo have dominated through the entire game. The selector of the U18 NT, Chris Dial, gave the chance to play in this match to every basketball player.
On Tuesday, Kosovo will play against Wales, where they will be fighting for the fifth place.
It should be noted that this is the first win in the history of women’s basketball since our affiliation to FIBA.
Besides Kosovo U18 (women), our country will also be represented by the young girls under 16, in the European Championship, Division C, which will take place in Andorra.
