The Board of KBF has concluded that BC Besa has used the additional time which was given to fulfill financial obligations and the criteria for licensing and that BC Besa has registered the teams of youth categories and made the deposits for these categories for the season 2014/15, meaning that they fulfilled all of the financial criteria for licensing.
The Board also reached to the conclusion that BC Drita did not use the additional time that was given for the fulfillment of licensing criteria. Despite the willingness of KBF to do more and constant meetings with the Head of BC Drita, Municipal Assembly of Gjilan, former basketball players and activists of this club, KBF did not receive any payment or concrete evidence which would show that BC Drita can be organized and can compete in ETC Super League according to the criteria required for 2014/15 season. Moreover, BC Drita did not register any of the Youth Categories for this season and that makes their licensing harder.
