The basketball club Peja, successfully applied for the Wild Card, for a place in the Kosovo Superleague, season 2015/16.
The Board of KBF had announced an open place for the wild card, since there were only 7 teams in the Super League for this season.
The Board concluded that BC Peja has paid the required amount of 10,000 euros and presented evidence of fulfillment of technical and other sports conditions for competition in the Super League, thus fulfilling the conditions required for obtaining the wild card.
Interest in the wild card for this season has been higher than last season, and AS Kastrioti, also at least one other team of the First League have shown interest, but in the last moment withdrew.
KBF once again reminds all clubs, including Peja that the deadline for licensing payment for the 2015/16 season is on Monday, 07.09.2015.
