Disciplinary Commission of the Kosovo Basketball Federation, composed of Lulzim Fushtica and Nuredin Ibishi, decided to suspend BC Besa from the competition for the seasons 2014/15 and 2015/16.
The Commission has also decided to register all of the BC Besa games of round XXII of the ETC Super League with the official result 0: 2, in favor of the opponent team.
The Commission took these decisions after concluding that BC Besa forged the payment slips.
TEB Bank also confirmed that the payslips were fake.
Therefore, the Disciplinary Commission has concluded that the various payments made by BC Besa, for players licensing and technical fouls, were not valid and decided to impose penalties in accordance with the Competition Propositions.
