On Friday, Kosovo National Team U20 was defeated by Holland 69:40 (21:6, 22:8, 9:18, 17:8) in the opening of the European Championship, Division B, Group C, which is taking place in Chalkida, Greece.
In the first and second quarter the Dutch were ruthless and they went to halftime with the result 43:14. However, in the third quarter Kosovo manages to score 18 points, whereas their opponent only scored 9. In the fourth quarter, Holland again plays better and wins the game.
The most efficient player was Ermir Gashi with 11 points and 5 rebounds.
On Saturday at 15:30h, Kosovo will play against Albania, who was defeated today by the Great Britain 62:44.
