Kosovo National team coach, Christos Marmarinos, lectured for Kosovar referees on the Zoom platform on Tuesday. The meeting was organized by FIBA National Referee Instructor, Faton Kurshumlija.
Marmarinos discussed important points in modern basketball regarding referee-coach communication, sharing his experience in modern basketball with referees.
Other discussed topics were the management of stressful situations, coaches, referees, players, the public, and the body language of referees.
Marmarinos has invited all basketball referees to work during pandemic times following FIBA manuals. He added that Kosovo basketball can develop with maximum work and commitment, both from referees, coaches and players.
