A game of great importance will take place on Wednesday. Kozuv will host Peja, in Gevgelija, Macedonia, at 19:00h, in round four of Group D of the Balkan League.

If Peja wins and Levski loses to Sigal Prishtina in Sofia, Peja will automatically qualify for the semifinals and their final game in group will serve just as a relaxation time.

However, if Kozuv wins by more than 2 points than they’ll have an advantage and Peja will have to defeat Levski in the final round if they want to be in BIBL’s TOP 4. If Kozuv losses, their journey in the Balkan League ends.

Peja’s and Levski’s win would make things more interesting, since Peja could end up in the first place, if they defeat Prishtina by two points. These are the options in Group D that promise some very interesting minutes.

Peja seeks victory in Gevgelija, to help them continue their journey to the semifinals. The first duel between Peja and Kozuv has ended with the result 77:76.

Alban Veseli, basketball player from BC Peja: “We are prepared and we know that this game is vital for us. We will give our best to qualify in the semifinals. It won’t be easy, knowing that the other team has the same ambitions.”

Ronald Davis, basketball player from BC Peja: “This game is very important to us, so we have to show good team work. If we do that we will triumph, even though it won’t be easy at all”.
