Referees Association of the Kosovo Basketball Federation informs all referees and delegates that an exam and seminar will take place on 12 and 13 September, before the beginning of the season 2015/16.
The seminar will be led by the FIBA Europe Instructor, Dragan Medan.
The topics and venue of the seminar will be known during the upcoming days.
