Kosovo referee with FIBA appeal, Xhelal Mumini will officiate in EuroCup Women.
It is about the match between Hatay BB (Turkey) and ACS Sepsi (Romania) that will take place on 23th of November in Atankya, Turkey.
It should be noted that since the 2017-2018 edition, FIBA observer Faton Kurshumlija, together with the trio of Kosovo referees, Xhelal Mumini, Daut Mehmeti and Dardan Maxhuni will be part of the delegations at FIBA Europe Cup, Basketball Champions League, Eurolegue women, EuroCup Women, as well as in the Balkan League (BIBL).
