Peja was very close to victory in the game against Gaziantep, in round 6 of Group G in FIBA Europe Cup, but their weak game in the fourth quarter made it impossible for them to win and they lost their hopes to further qualify in this competition.

In the event that Peja defeated Gazaintep, they would have had to wait for the result from the game between Petrolina AEK and Cluj, and also hope for the loss of the team from Cyprus. In their debut season in FIBA Europe Cup, Peja won one game against Petrolina AEK and lost to Cluj and Gaziantep.
The game didn’t start good for the hosts but afterwards they recovered and the first quarter ended in their favor 21:15. The second quarter was even and the first half ended in Peja’s favor 41:39. The guests were better in the third and fourth quarter and they managed to win the game by 10 points.
Peja’s top scorers were Noah Dahlman with 13 points and 6 rebounds, Alb an Veseli with 14 points, Lamarcus Reed with 14 points and Mirza Ahmetbasic with 13 points. For Gaziantep Will Cherry scored 12 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists, Andy Rautins with 20 points, Davon Jefferson added 12 and Deyan Ivanov 11.
