The team from Peja secured the lead 2-0 in the semifinal series of the Kosovo Superleague playoffs, after defeating Trepca 81:60, at the “Minatori” hall, in Mitrovica.
After the first half, which ended 32:37, in the third quarter Peja scored 25 points whereas Trepca scored only 10.
All of Peja’s players were active during the game but only 11 scored. Fisnik Rugova was the top scorer with 15 points. For Trepca, Besnik Azemi scored 16 points in only 24 minutes and is considered their best player for this game.
The third semifinal game will also take place in Mitrovica.
