On Monday, U20 NT has moved to the Center for Public Safety, Education and Development, in Vushtrri, where they will be staying for the next 10 days.
U20 selector, Ilir Selmani and Coach Ismet Ferati are working with 16 players, who are expected to give their best in these trainings, considering the fact that they will be facing their biggest challenge, on July.
“After our 10th training in “1 Tetori” hall, in Prishtina, we moved to Vushtrri where we will stay together for the next 10 days. We will exercise 3 times a day, twice in the sports hall and once in the gym, in order to complete our program before the preparation phase for the European Championship, where we will participate too”, stated Selmani.
Kosovo Basketball Federation (KBF) has thanked the Center for Public Safety, Education and Development, in Vushtrri, for the cooperation, which is not the first; considering the fact that earlier KBF has organized few activities in this place.
After their 10 days stay in Vushtrri, U20 NT will return to Prishtina and try to organize a few friendly games with national and international teams, before they leave for Hungary.
It should be noted that Kosovo will compete in the European Championship U20 Division B, Group B, with Georgia, Portugal, Montenegro and Luxembourg.
Competitions of this Division will take place from 9 ‘til 19 July 2015 in Szekesfehervar, Hungary.
Kosovo’s first game is against Portugal, on July 9th.
