The intensive seminar organized by KBF for referees of all leagues was completed successfully thanks to the great cooperation of KBF and Turkish Basketball Federation, BIBL League, led by the referee instructor of Euro league, FIBA, Mr. Emin Mogulkoç, Mr.Georgi Piperkov, and Shay Shtriks Director of BIBL league.
Topics that were taught by the instructors were selected by the technical coordinator of KBF which were by all means important and will help our referees towards a better performance. The seminar was attended by more than 50 referees- observers; while, in the second part of the seminar by more than 20 coaches of all leagues.
