The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci received the President of the Kosovo Basketball Federation (KBF), Erolld Belegu.
President Thaci congratulated the President of KBF on their successes in the internationalization and the promotion of the basketball of Kosovo.
President Thaci said that after KBF’s membership in FIBA and the historic debut of Kosovo in the European Championship qualifiers, it is clear that Kosovo already takes its rightful place in the international basketball arena.
President of the Kosovo Basketball Federation, Erolld Belegu said that KBF remains committed to advancing National Teams, of all age groups, for a dignified appearance in the European basketball and in the world, and expressed his gratitude for the important help that Kosovo's institutions continue to give to Kosovo basketball and sports in general.
President Thaci also congratulated his guest on the next success of Kosovo basketball, after BC Sigal Prishtina defended their title in the Balkan League.
