Kosovo Basketball Federation would like to give thanks to the participating teams of the Final Tournament of IPKO Cup of Kosovo, for a fair competition and a high basketball quality shown in the semifinal games.
At the same time, KBF would like to inform the finalists, basketball fans and the opinion that it is expecting for the final games to be a mirror of the teams’ quality and a good fans behavior in Kosovo.
The fact that in the finals, fans of both teams will be present can make this event a very festive moment in Kosovo basketball but is also a great challenge for the organizers.
Through this letter, we appeal to the clubs and their fans to help this event go in the best possible way and to have a festive character.
We also appeal to the organizers of the event, to take all the needed measures and to prevent all the failures of the semifinals.
Final Tournament of Kosovo Cup is an event where except for the basketball players also basketball fans, officials of KBF, sponsors and all basketball contributors must be presented decently.
Being only a few days away from being accepted in FIBA, KBF wishes to stress out that it will not allow in any way the image of IPKO Cup and KBF to be compromised or ruined by the actions of participants in the finals.
At the end, we ask from our delegates, referees and observers, to strictly apply the Competition Propositions and other normative acts and above all to make sure that the final matches’ are regular and correct.
