The round eight games have ended as expected and served as a warning for the next two rounds, which will take place within one calendar week and are expected to be very strong and interesting.

In the first game of this round, Sigal Prishtina defeated Vellaznimi. The reigning champion of Kosovo after losing in the Balkan League, returned to winning in the ETC Super League, although they did not give a convincing show, which would indicate that they would be the favorites in next games, including the one with Peja on Thursday.

Sigal Prishtina won 83:76. Although the result looks very tight, the victory of the home team was never threatened.

Dardan Berisha with 22 points was once again the most efficient player of the game.

The best player from Vellaznimi was Philip Brooks with 18 points and 5 assists.

Trepca defeated Kastrioti with 25 points difference (98:73). The home team, which continues to play in Drenas, reached the 25 point lead in the first quarter, which ended 36:11.

In the next 30 minutes of the game, both teams had oscillations but Trepca’s lead helped the home team have a comfortable game.

Meanwihle, Kosova e Re Bashkimi played against Golden Eagle Ylli. This was the most interesting game of the week and after 30 minutes of the game, teams entered into the fourth quarter with a result 54:54.

At this period, the greater accuracy in shooting from distance and free throws made the difference and Kosova e Re Bashkimi, 3 minutes before the end of the game managed to get separated in the result, ensuring a quiet finish of the game that took place in the presence of about 1500 spectators, half of whom have travelled from Suhareka to support the guest team.

Kreshnik Juniku with 18 points was the best player of Kosova e Re Bashkimi, while Najee White with 25 points and 15 rebounds was the best player of Golden Eagle Ylli.

The last game of this round was the local derby between Peja and Besa.

Similar to Sigal Prishtina, Peja entered the match thinking about Thursday’s duel.

However, the team which technically was a guest in Karagac, controlled the game, especially from the second quarter and won 102:79.
