Arbitrary Commission has partially approved BC Peja’s appeal against the decision of the Disciplinary Commission.
However, Arbitrary Commission denied the part of the appeal where BC Peja requests to continue the playoffs and remain a member of the ETC Superleague.
According to the decision, BC Peja is still fined 2000 euros and remains in a lower level of competition, in Men’s First League, whereas for the official of BC Peja, Gazmend Pupovci a period of six months ineligibility in exercise of functions is imposed.
