Conforming to Article 9, of the Propositions for the Competitions for IPKO Cup Kosovo, approved by the Board of KBF, IPKO Cup matches for Kosovo 2013/2014 will be held:
1. KB Prishtina and KB Peja as participants of the Salamander-Cup and the Balkan League will be directly in the final 6 of the IPKO-Cup;
2. Other participating clubs in IPKO Cup Kosovo will be divided into four groups A, B, C and D, where carriers of the groups will be clubs with more successful table ranking in the first part of the current Championship. Consequently, drawing of the lottery will determine the teams in groups;
3. In the Final Part-6 will meet the winners of groups such as: A-D and B-C;
4. The drawing of the lots will determine couples of the second half Final-6 in which will participate: KB Peja, KB Sigal Prishtina and the winners of the matches A-D and B-C;
5. The winners of the above mentioned matches will meet in the final;
6. All the participating clubs in the competitions run by KBF, are obliged to participate in IPKO Cup Kosova, otherwise they will be punished with (-4) points in the current championship, in conformity with Article 14, of the Propositions of the competitions for IPKO Cup Kosovo.
