The board of the Kosovo Basketball Federation in its meeting held today decided to postpone the beginning of the new season of the Kosovo Superleague for one week. The competition of the Kosovo basketball elite will begin on 1/2 October.
Also, all other competitions in Women's League, Men’s First and Second League, as well as youth categories have been postponed until October 15/16.
Such decision was taken after receiving a request from a few clubs claiming that they are not sufficiently prepared for the new season and KBF decided to give them a little more time to prepare for the challenges that await them in the new season 2016/17.
