Sigal Prishitna defended the champion title despite their loss to Mornar 75:68 (23:15, 12:24, 22:8, 18:21), on Wednesday night, in Tivar, Montenegro. The first duel ended with the result 82:68. The 14 point advantage that was created in the first game has helped Prishtina win the trophy of the Balkan League for the second consecutive year.

Jason Washburn had another double-double for Sigal Prishtina with 24 points and 11 rebounds while Dardan Berisha came up with 15 points. Lamont Jones was the top scorer for Mornar with 22 points as Balsa Radunovic added 20 and 6 rebounds.

In the semifinals, Sigal Prishtina defeated Beroe from Stara Zagora, whereas Mornar has eliminated Kozuv from Gevgelija, Macedonia.

Besides Sigal Prishtina, two other teams from Kosovo, Peja and Bashkimi participated in the Balkan League, 2015/16 season. Peja was eliminated in the quarter finals, while Prizreni stopped in the second phase.
