Sigal Prishtina opened the 2019-20 FIBA Europe Cup season on the right foot with a win over Apoel Nicosia with a 93:74 result at the Palace of Youth and Sports in Prishtina.
The visitors started the match with a 0:7 series, however, the locals quickly returned by scoring three-point shots and took the lead. The second quarter went very well for the home team which went to break with 15 points of advantage, 60:45.
By the end of the match, Prishtina showed a better game and triumphed deservedly 93:74.
Dardan Berisha had an impressive performance with 32 points, while Divine Myles contributed 22 points.
Michael Sanchez and Jarvis Garrett from Apoel Nicosia had each 15 points.
