Today, Kosovo Basketball Federation (KBF) signed a cooperation agreement with the American Hospital as Official Partner for health services. This way the American Hospital became the official hospital for KBF.
The agreement was signed at the premises of the American Hospital in Prishtina by the President of KBF, Erolld Belegu and CEO of the American Hospital, Dr. Novrus Caushaj.

"Today we were able to sign a cooperation agreement for a very significant segment of the Kosovo Basketball Federation, for health. For us as a federation it is a great pleasure to have an official sponsor such as American Hospital, which will do all the medical examinations of all youth NT’s and the National Team of Kosovo. All of the medical checkups will happen here and in case of an injury, our players will get free treatment at the American Hospital. However, we hope that there will be no such cases and that our teams won’t have any injuries. We have started intensive work with 5 NT’s, 2 womens and 3 men. About 100 basketball players are practicing in Prishtina for the European Championships. The first gathering of the national team of Kosovo will take place on July 7th and we expect a hot summer and full of activities, and we as a federation are ready for all the challenges that await us.
"It is a great pleasure to sign a cooperation agreement with a serious and important sport institution such as Kosovo Basketball Federation. We will be KBF’s official sponsor and we’ll be on standby 24 hours to serve KBF in everything they might need. However, we hope that the National Teams of Kosovo will not have injuries and will be able to achieve the best possible results. The policy of the American Hospital is to invest in education, sport and other important areas of society, and this time we decided to partner up with KBF. We hope that the NT’s of Kosovo will make us proud with their achievements in international activities.”
