Due to some uncertainties in internal organization of the clubs, not holding the Work Assembly and Election Assembly under regular terms, uncertainty about the competencies and mandates on the leaders of clubs and in order to create functional structures of management, determining the persons responsible for the general and financial management and redefining the legal relations between the clubs and KBF, the board of KBF strongly suggests all clubs of the Superleague to re register, hold the election assemblies or take the necessary actions to adequately inform KBF for the appointment and competences of the responsible persons in these positions:
Board/ governing bodies
Statute of the club, which should include the competences of the governing bodies and the method of financial reporting
Authorized person to represent the club in KBF / FIBA
Authorized person for club's financial issues
Authorized person for organizing the game and security issues
Persons authorized for managing the school /academy in basketball clubs
FBK will ensure to keep the results and to carry the obligations towards KBF and vice versa to the clubs that re-register.
Superleague clubs will be subject to the Regulation on Clubs and Basketball Schools Licensing as professional clubs, however the provisions of this Regulation shall be announced by the end of July 2016.
