On Saturday night, in “Minatori” hall in Mitrovica, Trepca defeated Bashkimi 81:48 (16:10, 19:9, 20:17, 26:12), in Round 12 of the Kosovo Superleague.
The hosts were leading from the beginning of the game ‘til the end and the victory came easier than anticipated.
Trepca’s top scorers were Jeremy Wise with 16 points, Besnik Azemi with 4 points, Samir Zekiqi with 13 and Burim Zekiqi with 12. For Bashkimi, Kayel Locke scored 25 points and Erick Palm added 13.
Meanwhile, another game of Round 12 took place on Saturday, where Peja defeated Rahoveci 82:43 (20:10, 17:13, 22:10, 23:10).
Top scorers from Peja were Arti Hajdari with 15 points, Lamarcus A Reed with 13 points and Alban Veseli with 12. For Rahoveci, Artin Gashi scored 14 points and Mustafe Merovci added 10.
The last game of this round will take place on Sunday, where Golden Eagle Ylli will host Sigal Prishtina, at 19:00h, in “13 Qershori” hall, in Theranda.
