Basketball player of the National Team of Kosovo, Justin Doellman made a visit to the kids of the U14 Youth Camp, on Tuesday.
The camp began on August 1st and will end on August 5th, organized by the Kosovo Basketball Federation with the support of FIBA and FIBA Europe, Raiffeisen Bank and MCYS.
Around 60 participating kids were very excited to see Doellman at the “1 Tetori” hall and couldn’t believe that they were meeting the biggest star of Barcelona’s basketball, and also of the Kosovo National Team, who was the topic of the media for the past weeks.
Doellman was accompanied by the President of the Kosovo Basketball Federation, Erolld Belegu and the coordinator of the camp, Chris Dial.
Doellman greeted the kids and wished them luck in the upcoming days, and also encouraged them to work really hard so that they’ll become very successful players in the future.
Afterwards, kids made a lot of questions related to basketball to Doellman and there was a fantastic and relaxing environment in the gym. The questions that the kids made to Doellman were: “Why did you decide to play for Kosovo?”, “Which is your favorite team?”, “What’s his reaction after he scores a three-pointer?”, “Which phase of the game does he like the most, offense or defense?”, “When he’s finished playing, will he become a coach?”, “Is there a rivalry between Barcelona’s and Real Madrid’s basketball teams like there is in football?” etc.
Doellman said that it was a great pleasure to spend his time talking with the kids about basketball and he told them to stay in school and keep learning.
