General Assembly of FIBA Europe is taking place in Malta and unanimously voted in favor of KBF’s affiliation to FIBA Europe. As expected, FIBA Europe has formalized Kosovo Basketball Federation (KBF) as its 52nd member, after FIBA had recognized Kosovo as a member, in March.
At the General Assembly of FIBA Europe, KBF is represented by the President, Erolld Belegu and board member, Arben Fetahu.
At the General Assembly of FIBA Europe, representatives of member federations have been informed about the developments regarding the reorganisation of all club competitions while the decision will be taken by the Board of FIBA Europe after the discussions with the leaders of Euroleague, EuroCup, Federations etc. 9 models have been presented for Euroleague and 2 for Eurocup.
The meeting of the General Assembly of FIBA Europe has started today and will end tomorrow.
