“I come from a Federation, which for the second year in a row in the General Assembly of the Kosovo Olympic Committee is represented by two women and one male. KBF in this Assembly is represented by President Arben Fetahu, Board member Linda Shala and I as the Secretary General. And this proves the best that it is not important for the KBF whether you are female or male, but only that you are capable of taking responsibility.
The fact that there are three other women in the KBF executive office, Artina Hasani - Office Manager, Edita Medunjanin - Administrative Officer / National Team Manager and Nadire Kajashi - Finance Officer further reinforces the fact that KBF values hard work. “ said Elvira Dushku - Secretary General of the KBF at the first Forum for Women Leaders in Sport, organized today by Kosovo Olympic committee for the 8th of March - International Women's Day.
