After the end of the first window of the European Qualifying for the 2019 World Cup that will be held in China, FIBA World has published the ranking in which Kosovo is ranked 86th.
It should be noted that in the ranking published a month ago Kosovo was 96, and despite two defeats within the Group C of the First Window, against Lithuania and Hungary, our Representative managed to advance for 10 positions.
It should be noted that Kosovos opponent Lithuania is ranked 5th in this ranking, while the United States is leading in this list followed by Spain, Serbia and France.
Hungary, the other Kosovo opponent within the Group C of the European World Cup Qualifiers "China 2019" is ranked 41th and Poland is 28th.
