Wednesday was the fourth day of the Technical Basketball Coaches Course - Second Level organized by the Kosovo Basketball Federation (KBF) in cooperation with the Kosovo Olympic Committee (KOC) and the Kosovo Basketball Trainer Association (SHKBK).
The course is being held at "ISP" College in "Marigona Residence" neighborhood in Prishtina, and will end on 22 December.
Lecturer in the Coaches Technical Training Course is FIBA instructor, Slovenian Anton Krump, and lectures are attended by trainers, who successfully completed the first level (20 trainers) last year.
"This was the fourth day of the Training Course, so there are two more days until its end. The trainers are working with dedication because, in addition to the lectures they have to follow from me, at the same time they have tasks and presentations to do so this course has more to do with their practical work.
I think that the Kosovo Basketball Federation is doing a very good job with the coaches, I think the dedication from KBF is very big and now only the trainers enter the system and understand that only with seminars, lectures, practical work they can one day become quality trainers. The work of the coach is not easy at all, but if you love it, then you have to give the maximum to achieve the goal one day to become a basketball coach, "said Krump.
The six-day technical course was supported by the Olympic Solidarity, the largest foundation in the framework of the International Olympic Committee (KON), for sport development in various parts of the world.
The course for coaches will enable Kosovos trainers to receive certificates from the International Olympic Committee (IOC) signed by FIBA expert for a course held in Kosovo.
