The tournament is being organized by the Basketball Federation of Kosovo (KBF), which is giving much importance to the younger generations.
The tournament is being supported by Sports Diplomacy from the United States of America through the "GSMP-Global Sports Mentoring Program", the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport of Kosovo, FIBA Europe, and the Rugova Corporation.
This is the third tournament in a row and it was successfully organized in Ferizaj and Prizren.
