Youth Development Fund tournament was set to begin in Prishtina from 13th until the 16th of March, but it has been postponed, due to fear of coronavirus, which has spread to many surrounding countries, such as Albania, Northern Macedonia, and Serbia.
In addition to the Kosovo teams, participation in this tournament was confirmed by Northern Macedonia, Turkey, Romania, and Bulgaria, with two teams in both categories.
