Kosovos Representative Captain Dardan Berisha and Judo fighter Nora Gjakova are the best athletes selected for 2017 in their respective competitions.
On Friday evening in "Emerald" hotel, was held the 19th edition of the Sportsman of the Year, organized by "KOHA" Group, Berisha and Gjakova were the most distinguished by the professional jury.
Dardan Berisha led Kosovo to historic qualification to secure a place in the World Cup qualifiers "China 2019", being the leader of Sigal Prishtina in the Basketball Champions League and the FIBA Europe Cup.
His good appearances prompted him to sign up with the big Czech club, CEZ Nymbruk, with whom until now has had excellent performances both in the Czech basketball elite and in the Basketball Champions League so far.
Beside Berisha, who comes from basketball, was the club of Sigal Prishtina, who won the best team of the year from the "KOHA" group.
