The President of the Basketball Federation of Kosovo (KBF), Arben Fetahu and the Secretary General, Elvira Dushku attended a meeting at the Basketball House in Mies, Switzerland with FIBA Secretary General Andreas Zagklis.
The invitation to KBF leaders has come week earlier from Mr. Zagklis who has expressed a desire to hear more about the work that KBF is doing to develop basketball in Kosovo.
In this meeting, Fetahu and Dushku have received praise for the hard work that KBF is doing with younger generations through FIBA support projects.
KBF leaders informed Mr. Zagklis about the idea of the National Basketball Academy, project which will start to implement next year and on this occasion FIBA has expressed its willingness to assist in this project with experienced coaches.

- Education of coaches in Kosovo;
- Mini basketball in Kosovo;
- Improving the quality of women's basketball in Kosovo;
- Building the concept of 3x3 basketball in Kosovo
